    • Per-person breakdown:

      • 4 grads → $250 per person

      • 5 grads → $200 per person

      • 6 grads → $167 per person

  • After-hours nighttime photography is available for outdoor graduate sessions scheduled after 7:00 PM. Sessions held after sunset require additional lighting and setup, and include a $50 add-on fee to ensure high-quality images in low-light conditions.

By booking a photography session, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Booking & Payment

  • A session is not officially booked until payment (or required deposit) is received.

  • All prices are subject to change and are confirmed at the time of booking.

  • Payments and Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session.

  • Failure to provide proper notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances (weather, illness, or emergency), the photographer reserves the right to reschedule the session.

Photography Services

  • The photographer retains creative control over the style, editing, and final selection of images delivered.

  • Turnaround time for final images will be communicated at the time of booking.

Image Delivery

  • Final edited images will be delivered via Pixieset.

  • Photos will be available for digital download for a minimum of 90 days from the delivery date.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to download and back up their images within this timeframe.

  • The photographer is not responsible for lost or deleted files after the gallery expiration period.

  • Usage & Copyright

  • The photographer retains full copyright ownership of all images.

  • Clients are granted a personal use license to download and share images for non-commercial use.

  • Images may not be altered, sold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

  • The photographer reserves the right to use images for portfolio, website, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Liability

  • The photographer is not responsible for circumstances beyond their control that may affect the quality or delivery of images.

  • Clients assume responsibility for their personal safety and the safety of any participants during the session.

  • In the unlikely event of equipment failure or loss of images, liability is limited to a refund of the session fee.

Late & No-Show Policy

Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. A 15-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will incur a $50 late fee. If a client is more than 30 minutes late, the session may be shortened or considered a no-show at the photographer’s discretion, with no refund issued. No-shows or same-day cancellations without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the full session fee. This policy helps ensure fairness and respect for all scheduled clients.
